OUR HISTORY
In 2019, Olga Grönvall Lund spends a month in hospital with her cancer-stricken father. At the hospital, she realizes that the food that is supposed to provide vital energy is in fact poor in nutrients, carcinogenic and, moreover, anything but climate-friendly. From that realization was born the idea of a call to raise public opinion about a food system in crisis.
Together with Marika Berglind Ekman, a first thought was born about a public education campaign with an associated collection of names. The idea grew and the non-profit association Reformaten was formed during the summer of 2020 and in September of the same year the first emergency conference was held.

- The collaboration group with non-profit organizations on sustainable food consumption, the Swedish Food Agency
- Styrkommittén för det globala Center of Excellence Research on Food Environment for the Promotion of Health.
Research
Reformaten is a scientifically based movement and bases its work on the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations and the Diet For a Green Planet meal concept.
