The project ”City food – A new infrastructure and inclusive meeting place for people and food” was a collaboration between Reformaten, Momentality, Boys Don’t Cry, Boodle and Yalla Rinkeby with funding from Vinnova.
Stadsdelskök was an innovation project that aimed to develop a plan for a new type of socially important function in the form of public kitchens.
During 18 months we worked on taking developed a model that was both scalable and focused on different types of social benefit; ecology, health, social life and sustainable business models. We wanted to create the conditions for a local, resilient food system that benefited the health of both the planet and people.
