En mindre by uta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vilken plats kallar du hemma \u2013 och hur p\u00e5verkar den din relation till mat?<\/strong><br>En mindre ort i en mindre kommun i Sm\u00e5land, med en m\u00e4ngd mathantverk och ekologiska g\u00e5rdar i n\u00e4rheten. JAg har \u00e4ven en stor tr\u00e4fg\u00e5rd d\u00e4r jag odlar. Det g\u00f6r att jag g\u00e4rna undviker att handla gr\u00f6nsaker och k\u00f6tt i butik, absolut k\u00f6per jag inte EMV (egna m\u00e4rkesvaror).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Varf\u00f6r h\u00e5ller du med om att vi befinner oss i ett n\u00f6dl\u00e4ge i matsystemet?<\/strong><br>Att mat bli s\u00e4mre och s\u00e4mre (se svaret om kvalitet) och odlas mindre och mindre h\u00e5llbart. Vi beh\u00f6ver en omst\u00e4llning f\u00f6r klimat och h\u00e4lsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e5la upp ett \u00f6nskv\u00e4rt matsystem<\/strong><br>All mat odlas lokalt och sm\u00e5skaligt med bidrag till biologisk m\u00e5ngfald och solidarisk priss\u00e4ttning s\u00e5 att b\u00e5de producent och konsument kan vara n\u00f6jda med priset men ocks\u00e5 kvalitet och relationen mellan dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vilka \u00e4r de viktigaste f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna som m\u00e5ste ske f\u00f6r att vi ska n\u00e5 dit?<\/strong><br>Stora politiska f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som slutar bel\u00f6na stora monokulturer och l\u00e5ga priser.
