Vilken plats kallar du hemma \u2013 och hur p\u00e5verkar den din relation till mat?<\/strong>
Jag tillh\u00f6r byn Vedersl\u00f6v i Sm\u00e5land, en plats som jag vuxit upp p\u00e5 och delar med sl\u00e4kt och v\u00e4nner fr\u00e5n m\u00e5nga olika organismgrupper ut\u00f6ver m\u00e4nniskor. Det \u00e4r grundl\u00e4ggande f\u00f6r min syn p\u00e5 mat som en konsekvens av, och avg\u00f6rande betydelse f\u00f6r hur vi hanterar, ekosystemen. Det g\u00e5r inte att ha en livsmedelsstrategi utan att ha en ekosystemstrategi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Varf\u00f6r h\u00e5ller du med om att vi befinner oss i ett n\u00f6dl\u00e4ge i matsystemet?<\/strong>
Vi lever med tre stora och \u00f6kande hot mot fungerade ekosystem i form av klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, \u00f6verg\u00f6dning och f\u00f6rlust av biologisk m\u00e5ngfald och hot mot m\u00e4nniskors h\u00e4lsa i form av \u00f6verkonsumtion av tomma snabba kolhydrater, obalanser och n\u00e4ringsfattig, ofta ultraprocessad mat som ger \u00f6vervikt och undern\u00e4ring samtidigt, plus tillf\u00f6rsel av skadliga kemikalier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e5la upp ett \u00f6nskv\u00e4rt matsystem<\/strong>
N\u00e4ringst\u00e4t mat fr\u00e5n vitala ekosystem producerad och konsumerad lokalt med s\u00e5 kort avst\u00e5nd som m\u00f6jligt mellan producent och konsument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vilka \u00e4r de viktigaste f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna som m\u00e5ste ske f\u00f6r att vi ska n\u00e5 dit?<\/strong>
Fler betande djur i landskapet, f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring av st\u00f6dsystem till att samh\u00e4llet betalar lantbrukare f\u00f6r levererade tj\u00e4nster i form av t ex m\u00e5ngfaldsgynnande bruk, inget st\u00f6d till degenerativt bruk, ekonomsikt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r lantbrukare att st\u00e4lla om till regenerativt bruk, f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring av n\u00e4ringsrekommendationerna till kost som vi \u00e4r evolution\u00e4rt anpassade f\u00f6r, krav p\u00e5 livsmedelsindustrin att anpassa upphandling av r\u00e5varor s\u00e5 att de slutar att st\u00f6tta degenerativt bruk<\/p>\n\n\n\n
