F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r maten en handling av k\u00e4rlek, till oss sj\u00e4lva, till dem som odlar den och till jorden d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n vi alla kommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vilken plats kallar du hemma \u2013 och hur p\u00e5verkar den din relation till mat?<\/strong><br>Jag kallar b\u00e5de Stockholm och Neapel f\u00f6r hem. Jag kommer fr\u00e5n en stad d\u00e4r maten \u00e4r identitet, kultur och arv, en levande l\u00e4nk till tusentals \u00e5r av m\u00e4nsklig civilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Varf\u00f6r h\u00e5ller du med om att vi befinner oss i ett n\u00f6dl\u00e4ge i matsystemet?<\/strong><br>F\u00f6r att matsystemet \u00e4r en huvudorsak till f\u00f6rlust av biologisk m\u00e5ngfald och oh\u00e4lsa \u2013 f\u00f6r b\u00e5de planeten och m\u00e4nniskan. Problemet \u00e4r den bristande medvetenheten p\u00e5 politisk, individuell och kollektiv niv\u00e5, f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkt av ett finansiellt system som privatiserar vinster och socialiserar enorma kostnader f\u00f6r milj\u00f6 och h\u00e4lsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e5la upp ett \u00f6nskv\u00e4rt matsystem<\/strong><br>Ett system d\u00e4r maten doftar jord och liv, d\u00e4r djur behandlas med v\u00e4rdighet, d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4ter det som \u00e4r gott f\u00f6r kroppen och schysst f\u00f6r planeten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vilka \u00e4r de viktigaste f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna som m\u00e5ste ske f\u00f6r att vi ska n\u00e5 dit?<\/strong><br>Utbildning och en europeisk gemenskap som skyddar och gynnar det goda och r\u00e4ttvisa jordbruket och matproduktion \u2013 ekologiskt och regenerativt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vad bidrar du med f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra matsystemet idag?<\/strong><br>Genom mitt arbete bygger jag n\u00e4tverk av odlare, producenter och konsumenter som delar samma v\u00e4rden: transparenta kedjor, friska jordar, \u00e4rlighet och sk\u00f6nhet i maten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Om du kunde vara en nyckelperson f\u00f6r en dag och g\u00f6ra en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring i matsystemet \u2013 vem skulle det vara och vad skulle du g\u00f6ra?<\/strong><br>Jag skulle vilja vara EU:s jordbrukskommission\u00e4r f\u00f6r en dag \u2013 och styra om st\u00f6den s\u00e5 att de bel\u00f6nar jordbruk som \u00e5terst\u00e4ller jorden, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att utarma den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vilken \u00e4r din st\u00f6rsta k\u00e4lla till hopp n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller maten och framtiden?<\/strong><br>De unga, de b\u00f6nder och de producenter som med mod och engagemang bygger och visar en ny v\u00e4g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vilken konkret handling skulle du vilja att alla som l\u00e4ser detta g\u00f6r?<\/strong><br>V\u00e4lj en enda produkt i vardagen \u2013 ost, mj\u00f6lk, gr\u00f6nsaker, vin \u2013 och k\u00f6p den fr\u00e5n en bonde du kan m\u00f6ta i \u00f6gonen. Eller fr\u00e5n en butik som verkligen k\u00e4nner sina producenter, v\u00e5rdar relationerna och visar transparens.
